I'd strongly discourage images in signatures, as well as overly long ones.

But I still have uses for text signatures. Even non-annoying ones.

I personally can't stand signatures, so unless Brad comes up to me and says "I want signatures" I wouldn't expect that feature anytime soon

I type that in manually every time (it's a habit)  But by signatures, I mean an automatic section at the bottom of every post... annoying and unnecesary.  If people tell me my name being at the end of every post is annoying, I'll stop doing it
